well, path is the queen of medicine, and as is only fit for a queen, i recommend robbins pathologic basis of disease.

I'd agree, it's the best path book I've come across hands down. Make sure you buy the big book, not the condensed version.

What about RR Path? I find it better than some of my class lecture notes when it comes to path and pathophys.
