Hey NikkiV: just FYI, there are a number of terms used in here that aren't familiar/common in the US, and most of the people on this message board are from the US, not Ireland. For example, you ask for the highest level of education and give choices like "College, Degree, Diploma" ... not sure what that means. You use "General Practitioner" where we might use "Primary Care Physician", "Chemist" for "Pharmacist" etc.

This took me 7 minutes, for anyone else considering helping NikkiV out 🙂
