Pathology NBME Advice?

Have the Path NBME in about 3 weeks. Any suggestions for doing well on this exam?

I do all the Robbins questions and I do as many AMBOSS questions as I can, plus Zanki. Seems to work for me. But we have a systems based curriculum, so the NBME isn't just path for us. But in our breakdown, path is usually one of my best sections.
