Any Pathology programs still offer pre-match positions?

None that you would want to go to, to put it mildly.
The NRMP has, for sometime now, declared that any residency program that wishes to participate in the match must have all available positions in that program listed in the match. Programs can no longer have 1 or 2 spots outside of the match to dole out to favored candidates or use as bargaining chips against desperate candidates. Any program caught doing so will face steep penalties. So you're either all in or all out as a program with respect to the match.

St. Barnabas and LSU- Shreveport were prematch programs last year.
