Anyone have any opinions on PreTest Pathology VS PreTest Pathophysiology VS Robbins Review of Pathology for studying for Step 1 and the Pathology Shelf??? Is any one books far superior than the others for either or both tests???

thanks

I've heard that Robbins is the way to go. A couple guys who definitely like to gun it up swear by this book. Of course, I've decided not to use it. Much too long for a slacker like me 🙂

Rapid Review Pathology is the best.

The practice questions are the same that Goljan uses in his Kaplan reviews.

damjanov eats goljan for breakfast.......path secrets all the way TROJAN!

HAHAHA.... Damjanov is arguably the worst path professor, ever. But, if path secrets works, power to you homie. I was talkin to wome people who took step 1 and i've been hearing that goljan's rapid review and the Robbins question book are really good for step 1. I'm gonna have to agree with lilmo that the robbins questions book might be a little long

I was checking out the brand spanking new version of First Aid 2006 the other day, and it rated BRS way higher than Goljan. I don't think Goljan was even top 5, but then again the friendly bookstore employee was trying to rip the book from my hands so I might have misread. I don't know what all this goljan hype is about anyways.
