pathology text recommendations?

Could you guys please advise about a good pathology text for someone who's not in med school but rather in the clinical research industry and working in diagnostics?

Good pictures and scope are important.

We used Robbin's Basic Pathology, which is a more reasonably-sized version of the larger Pathologic Basis of Disease . I loved it (I'm biased, of course... 🙂 ). I think it has a decent amount of very good pictures, too.
