Pathophys Boards and Wards

You mean BRS Pathology? Well, BRS Path and Pathophys for boards and wards are slightly different. BRS path is purely pathology but the other book also incorporates some phys, pathophys, and perhaps a few treatments too. If you are studying path, go with BRS. The 2 books take different approaches. Just by itself, the pathophys for boards and wards is probably not sufficient at all for path exams but BRS path is.

do you think it's a good idea to use boards and wards as u are going thru BRS patha nd just add pathophys stuff to BRS path as to have one source at the end?

i know i said this before but boards and wards is so money. during my test i had to look up a few topics that i kinda skipped over and boards and wards has the answswers...in some cases word for word. when i looked over brs i didnt as much as i wish as this was the book i spent most of my time reading.

if you take the nbme $45 test do the 4 hour version of the test, time urself for an hour and then go over the test with the other 3 hours using both books...see which one gives you more of the answers...just dont change your answers so you get an accurate pictre of where u stand. i think you will find boards and wards to be the bible for the usmle

i would agree...boards and wards is so money. Some people don't like that format, but it fits me perfectly
