is there a book like robbins just for pathophys or do you guys just use robbins and class notes?😱

Speaking of Harrison's, if your library gives you free access to Access Medicine online, you can read it there. That's what I've been doing. Also, I believe Robbins can be found at MD Consult, which my school also gives access to.
