Does any of you guys happen to have a pathophysiology book? I am in need of a good one, but some of them are pretty pricey even in amazon/half.com.

Aw, someone actually bought mine at the end of March.

I recommend this one. I used it in undergrad Patho, and I prefer it to the one I used in grad Patho.
 
Check out abebooks.com and dealoz.com I got all my books for PA school for under 300 buckarooneez...
