Whats a good pathophysiology textbook for M2? I use Robbins, buts that's just more of how pathology looks at the gross and cellular level, not very much about disease processes. I also have Consanzo Physio, but she doesn't have a lot about the mechanism of diseases either.

Overkill, I know... lily for cardio, West for Pulm, Rennke for renal.
