I am pretty sure most of the general ed classes transfer but she would have to apply to an actual nursing program. That can be done a couple of different ways. As a 3rd year college student I\
would recommend tranferring to a BSN program simply because she has a lot of the general classes done. She would only need to take the nursing classes. Another way for people who don't want to wait to finish a BSN is to apply to community college programs. The ADN is only 2 yrs, that is if one want s to get out into the workplace or if money is a problem. Unfortunately those programs have lots of people trying to get in and the waitlist is often long. There are accelerated BSN programs for those who already have a degree in a non-nursing field. Hope this helps!
