"Pathways" (research, global health, etc) on ERAS app?

I'm in a couple pathways for global health and clinical research. These pathways consist of meeting a bunch of requirements like going to seminars, taking selectives, and participating in research related to these fields throughout all 4 years of school. Would listing these pathways count as volunteer experience, research experience, or should they not be listed? Is there any place in the application for them?
