Hello! On the CS exam, is it OK if the patient note is typed up in caps only? During the physical examination do you recommend taking notes with the findings?
I wouldn't bother taking notes of your PE findings. It'd be kind of awkward to stop your exam to take notes and frankly you're probably not going to find enough positive findings that you wouldn't be able to remember them by memory. Frankly it'd be a waste of valuable time to do that IMO.
