I am looking to see if there is a product like this http://webmedbooks.com/default.aspx/id=10000/

only cheaper and on regular white notecards, ie with a few things typed on it ie name, rm number, cc, hpi, pmh, med, all, fh,sh, ros, pe, labs/imaging a/p so that i dont have to keep writing it over and over on my cards which gets messy. anybody have a link to such a product?

try http://www.medfools.com/downloads.php. They have printable sheets that you can then fold in half so that they fit in your pocket. They're not white notecards, but they are absolutely free, which is always good 🙂

I think the medfools ones are better than that purchasable product. Also, you can get them reduced, printed on index card thickness paper, and cut at Kinkos for pretty cheap - presto! instant pt cards! 🙂

Yea, you can make your own. Sounds like a good idea btw...for efficiency's sake!! BTW, a resident I shadowed was using something like a Medicine H&P Card, but I think the hospital provided him with it.

the medfools link above is excellent and has service specific cards for you. if you have a photo type printer you may be able to print them out at home. I slid a couple 3x5 blank index cards into my photo tray and it worked perfect (just make sure you resize the document or tell your printer you're printing on a 3x5 card).

the kinko's solution is a good idea too, hope this works for you!
