A 17-year-old male is referred for colorectal cancer screening following his father’s diagnosis of metastatic colorectal cancer at the age of 47. He is asymptomatic and otherwise well. Colonoscopy reveals hundreds of adenomatous polyps throughout the colon, and he eventually undergoes a total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch anal anastomosis. Which of the following extracolonic malignancies is most common in patients with this condition?
  1. Astrocytoma
  2. Papillary thyroid carcinoma
  3. Liposarcoma
  4. Renal cell carcinoma

I know I'm resurrecting an old post, but since no one answered, papillary thyroid carcinoma. There's a known association. It stems from a mutation of the APC gene.

Doing the same and resurrecting an old thread but yeah number 2 was my guess as well
