I have a problem with two of the pattern folding questions in the practice test of Kaplan's 08-09 DAT book.
If you have the book. I'm talking about questions 4 and 6 on page 553. If not, here are the links:

Take a second to figure out the answers before moving ....
According to the book, the answer for 4 is D and 6 is C.
For 4, I can get both A and D. For 6, I can get both A and C.
So for 4, keeping the middle white rectangle in place. If I fold the rest back into the page, I get D, but if I fold everything else out of the page, I get A.
The same way, for 6, if I keep the white square in place. I get A if I fold everything else out of the page while I get C if I fold the rest into the page.
Do you guys see what I'm talking about or is my brain tripping out?
If I'm right, I'm guessing this kind of thing doesn't really happen on the actual DAT, right? Does it happen to any of you guys in the practice DATs or the actual one?
