Pay for Lab Director position.

I have a potential opportunity for a lab director position. I would be visiting the lab twice a week for a few hours at a time.

Does anyone have a ball park range of what a typical pay should look like for this type of arrangement?
I want to know before I begin negotiating.

I meant annually - try to get more but I can’t imagine getting too much more. I do this sort of work and contract with paths outside my group for similar gigs.

What subspecialty? Molecular?

I would say for general CP 20-50 is probably great. If for molecular I would not touch it unless it was for a lot more and also demand full control over lab services.
