How much of a pay cut would you take for not taking in house call?

Let's say call is once a week. Fairly busy OB.

How much of a pay cut would you take for not taking in house call?

Let's say call is once a week. Fairly busy OB.

Let me answer a question with a question. How much would you charge to take that call? In other words, what would be a fair price for being up all night?

For me, the answer is a lot. For my partner (who needs only 4 hours of sleep) the answer is a lot less.
