are there companies/organizations that will pay for your pharm school tuition if you agree to work for them for a set number of years?

if so, do you think its a good idea to pay for tuition this way or is it better to just pay off the loan little by little for the next decade after graduation?

I actually asked this question of one of the professors I have interviewed with this year. His response was basically that he would take the money, as long as you were prepared to negotiate with an employer for money to pay back the loan if you got to the end of 4 years and decided to work for somebody else. Obviously, this might be a problem if you decided in the middle of pharmacy school that you really wanted to teach or go to some other type of industry work that doesn't offer signing bonuses routinely.
