I wondering what the financial rewards are in dentistry- it is a hug financial investment. I am interested in specializing possible peds, I have taught elem school for several years and I have a way with kids. Ortho sounds really intersting as well. Any stats or figures much appreciated.

I hear that ortho is really competitive and you have to be #1-3 of your class at most schools to get in.
