As far as other schools that use it: Indiana, Case, Harvard (some more).

I know USC is largely PBL, but as for Case the advisor told me its more like 1/4 to 1/3 of their curriculum.

Right. I believe USC's curriculum consists around 90% PBL. Works well from some, but not for others.
