how does one get a pbm or managed care position? i been working retail for 2 years and have no experience in this field whatsoever but the idea of sitting in a cubicle from 9-5 seems like a freakin dream job. do i have to go back to school and get a masters or do a residency? would prefer a shortcut if possible. thanks in advance.

There's a career center on AMCP's website; that would be a good place to start to look for qualifications.
