Hi everyone.

So now the wait begins for October PCAT scores but I am wondering a few things. Most of the schools I want to get in say you need to take the October test, so I am wondering if the January test is mainly for those who are going for the next cycle (2011) or if there is any sense in taking that exam to try and get it considered for the 2010 cycle.

USN, Midwestern (Chicago), and CSU specifically are the three schools I am wondering about. Obviously, I can call and ask them but as it is Sunday was wondering if anyone had any experience with getting January PCAT scores looked at by any of them? Skip USN, as this is their first year requiring the PCAT.

Trying to plan out my strategy going forward if October scores aren't all that I need them to be.

It varies from school to school. NC schools won't consider your January scores for admission for next fall, but they will consider them for eligibility. It usually states in FAQ's of the school what is the last PCAT you can take.
