despite my studying for all the other sections, i have yet to practice any pcat essays. any personal suggestions for this section? is outside research on global warming, obesity, government, etc, necessary to cover the more common essay prompts? thank you for your help!
 
Don't worry about it. No one cares about how you do in this section really, and there's no way to know what your topic will be. And even if you could know, it's not like it's graded on how many facts you know - it's designed to make sure you can express ideas clearly. Seriously, don't spend one second preparing for the essays.
 
I totally agree with AngelaCL. I haven't even thought about the essay section. It's just another way they try to fry your brain before each section of the parts that MATTER on the PCAT.
