I was wondering if anyone has purchased the PCAT FlashCards that I've seen on the internet?

http://www.flashcardsecrets.com/pcat/

If anyone has any experience with them I would to get someone's opinion on them.

I am just starting out on studyinig for October and looking for all the good sources for studying. Also if there are any books that I should get ir stay away from I would appreciate the help.

I did not buy the flashcards. However, last year I ordered their manual and the material looks like a bunch of pages that were photocopied. In fact, it seems more of a how-to-take-exams than really preparing you for the PCAT. It's nothing like Kaplan or Examcrakkers. I returned it promptly and got my
$49. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUAL. Rather, review your textbooks, buy a review book like kaplan or examcrakkers or another reputable study guide. There is no substitute for hard work. I'm using my texbooks more, then using Kaplan as substitute. I have not taken the exam yet. Plan to take it either this August or October. Also, don't rely solely on study guides. Use them as an aid to your textbooks. For example, I might want to learn my weak area in a particular topic like balancing equations in electrochemistry (e.g. molten NaCl etc...), I would use my textbook to solidify my knowledge. Review guides don't go in depth really. Unless you learned the material thoroughly the first time around, they might not be of much help. Kaplan does not have much Calculus, I had to review my text book for that. Hope this helps.
