PCAT letter confusion

I just request a transcript of my PCAT to be sent to PharmCAS a few days ago but this letter from Harcourt came in with my name and tape from the back. Does that mean that it's an official transcript? or is that PharmCAS is not open yet and so they send it home to me. Does anyone know if it's official?
Don't want to waste 22 bucks opening it. Help if you can please.

It sounds like you have an official transcript of your PCAT. Do not open it or it will no longer be an official transcript.

Did you designate a school to receive the transcript? Harcourt normally sends Official Transcripts to schools. You may have a personal Score Report.
