Hello! After I complete a practice exam, the scores for each subtest is out of 40, because they are the "core" questions. Is that how the PCAT is formatted as well? 8 questions won't count? Thanks

So whether you answer those 8 experimental questions correctly or incorrectly, it won't matter - HOWEVER, you'll have no idea which questions they are or where they will randomly be placed in each section, so you'll want to try your best on every question.
