PCAT Quantitative Advice?

I took the Kap practice tests and did better on that Quantitative that on the actual Pearson Practice tests. I am worried about the time frame and a lot of the precalc problems, not the calc ones. Does anyone have any recommendations for what worked for them when studying Quant and how to find shortcuts to not spend as much time on each problem?
