When applying for the PCAT via Pearson VUE Test Center, they said to enter my name exactly as shown on my primary ID (my drivers license). What I am unsure about in the registration is the first name portion. For California's licenses, they have a last name and first name line. They add your middle name in the first name line with a space after your actual first name (i.e. FN Michael Toan; Toan being the middle name).

So does that mean when I register I type in both my first and middle name or just my first name?

When you register, you will be asked to enter your first name, middle initial, and last name in separate boxes, so you would enter "Michael" in one box and "T" in another box. If you'd like to see for yourself, you can begin the registration process on the Pearson VUE testing site (without actually registering) to see what information you're asked for.
