Do schools that do not require PCAT's more difficult to get into (higher GPA)? I mean, what's the catch? I understand that there are only a limited number of schools that do not require the PCAT and therefore some of us have to take the PCAT to broaden our choices/increase chance of admissions. But other than that, why take the PCAT if you don't really have to?
