I did a little research on this and couldn't find anything.

I know the PCAT scores have been adjusted in 2004 and heard from one of my pharmacy schools that I am applying to say that the PCAT scores have once again been adjusted last year. They said that it has been readjusted roughly 6 percentiles (so a 80->74) and that's the reason a lot of pharmacy school's PCAT averages have all dropped. Is this true? Thanks!

Every few years scores from standardized tests are renormed. It means that students who have taken the test since the previous renorming are added to the statistical group used to determine the mean, median, etc. for that particular standardized test. No individual scores were changed. However, the percentile ranking may change with score renorming simply because the statistical sample is larger and because students are scoring higher than in years past.

Hope that helps...

That's right. Your scaled scores still range from 200 to 600, with a mean of 400.
