Whats the option of taking the PCAT without submitting your score only to see how well you do? Do they tell you your scores but not have it as a part of your record?

I don't believe there's such an option. If you elect not to send your scores, it just means they will send it later when you request them for your application. either way, it goes on your record so the schools'll see them at some point. The only way to delete scores is to void the score according to the procedures set forth by Harcourt.

Does the practice test on harcourt website tells the score you got on the test???

It does, but it's not a very accurate value. The online practice test is shorter than your real thing, so you don't get an accurate rating. Also, if you are better with paper tests, you'll find that you can do better than the online practice test.
