Retaking the pcat in January but my score report is:

VA 38
Biology 74
RC 37
Quantitative ability 67
Chemistry 28
Composite 47

I've got about 40 hours of observation at a hospital pharmacy and 4 hours in retail. I have a 4.0 gpa in my classes so far. I've got 4 LORs from professors. I realize chem is really low but I'm just now taking organic chem. Do any of you guys think I have a fair chance at getting in? I'm applying to MUSC.

i personally think that's too low of a composite and a very low score for chemistry...

Yeah it is pretty low. I'm not bad at general chemistry. I got ap credit my junior year of high school for gen chem 1, and I got the highest grade in gen chem 2 this past summer. It's just that most of the chem section on my pcat was organic. I'm in organic right now and I'm keeping a high A. I heard admission committees take into account that I haven't gone through both organic chemistry classes yet. Is there any truth to that?
