Hi everyone,

I just signed up for the july 18 pcat..I finish my classes this semester in the beginning of May, which gives me a little over 2 months to study. Does anyone have a nice schedule or outline of what subjects to study, and exactly how much time I should devote to each one. ( I have Dr.Collins/ Kaplan) thanks!

Study 8 hours a day for a year.
Just kidding. I spent about an hour a day on average studying for about a month before.

Time for each subject is dependent on your background. I have a chem degree so I spent like an hour on it going over the super old gen chem stuff you never use again. Likewise if you have a math degree you probably won't need to study for Quant.
I mostly spent time on the subjects I didn't take yet like anatomy/phys and statistics. Then focused on stuff I hadn't had in a while like genetics/ cell bio.

I didn't feel I could improve much on Verbal/Reading in a month, and with the subtest scores I was doing OK, so I only practiced on the tests. Be aware that the reading passages are much longer on the real PCAT vs practices. I normally had about 10 min to spare but only had a min or two on the real test.

Other than that- don't look at the stuff a couple days before, sleep good and relax.
