Does anyone know if schools look at the subsections or jus the overall score. I know of one school, North Carolina, that looks at all the subsections and the overall score.....but does anyone know of any other school that pays attention to all the scores and not just the overall?....thax

Texas Tech has some method of determining a statistical figure on a candidates probability for success in a program using the pre-pharmacy GPA, PCAT reading, chemistry, biology and composite figures of an applicant. This worked out great for me since my 3 highest PCAT figures were chemistry (95), Biology (86), and composite (86).

NDSU requires that all applicants recieve a minimum of 35% in each of the subsections. As long as you have a 35% and above, they don't look at anything but the composite. However, if you have just one section below a 35% you are automatically disqualified.

interesting posts...thank you for your replies

does anyone know if UF has anything like that?
