Hello!,

I am a student starting my pre-pharmacy courses at ECC (Elgin Community College) and i know we tend to be looked down on... I want to do my best on the PCAT and I was wondering if i were to take the KAPLAN prep class when i should do that. I just graduated from high school last saturday. I have a strong passion and committment to Pharmacy and being a Pharmacist one day. Please let me know. Do you take the PCAT your 2nd year in CC? Also, if there is any advice i'd be glad to hear it!

Don't waste money on Kaplan course. Just buy Dr Collins study guide.. I thought these forums have made it clear enough lol. I took it after gen and ochem calc 1 and bio sequence. Some people say take anatomy and physio and microbiology but I didn't.

Okay thanks for the advice! When did you start studying and practicing for the PCAT? I want to now but i havent started any of the courses yet in the practice books and feel like i'd be staring blankly at it.

Considering the person could not even find the PCAT forum, I doubt they know how to use the search function.
