I am debating between taking my PCAT in August or October. I will be taking calculus, Anat. & phys. 2, and physics in the fall. Should I wait til October and take it after I have had those classes. Or should I take it in August while I have time to study the review books out there.

There will only be very general A&P questions in the biology section, so you only really need a review book.

Physics is not a requirement for most pharmacy schools, and that is reflected in the PCAT as physics aren't covered on the PCAT at all.

Calculus is on the PCAT, so that should be your biggest worry. However, its not like you'll learn everything you need to know about calculus between August and October. So, I would begin teaching yourself calculus and getting help from the summer calculus instructors if possible.

Overall, I suggest doing a little bit of outside studying so that you can take the PCAT in August.
