PCO application

I have compeleted the online application for PCO and payed the application fee. I did not receive a follow up email telling me about sending transcripts and reference letters. If Any one else who applied to PCO can tell me what they did it would be helpful.

yeah I just got a letter in the mail today listing those things that was dated September 5th. I'm not exactly sure why it took almost 20 days for the letter to get to me, but I'm assuming it is obsolete now rendering it useless.

PCO seems to have a problem getting my OAT scores, I took the exam August 8th, and did really well- AA 370, TS 400. I got that same letter in the mail last week, dated Sept. 9th, and they don't have my scores. Apparently they "download" them every friday from somewhere, but havent done it yet for me... I've been invited for an interview with them despite this, but yeah it is a little annoying.

yeah same here. I feel like the office sent out their notification letters too late...? I got a letter today (sept. 25) that is dated almost four weeks ago saying they are missing stuff. Did anyone have a problem calling them to ask about what materials they are missing?
