Did anyone get rejected from PCO and was offered the summer enrichment program and did it? How did it improve your chances? How hard is it? Did you get in the following year or that same year? I got rejected from PCO and was offered the program but the dean says it does not garantee me an acceptance it only HELP strengthen my application. I been hearing that if you do well you will get a spot. Wanted to hear someones experience that got rejected from PCO and then did the program in the summer.

If you do well in the program, you definitely have a very high chance of getting in for that current year or even the next incoming. I say this because the program shows a DIRECT correlation to how you will perform during first year. The classes are intense, anatomy is very intense and optics is very very intense lol. No kidding. Then you will see why ODs get upset over people telling us we are not "real" docs lol.

Good luck :xf:
