I just received a letter from pco saying they were offering a "pre application counseling session" when I have already applied its this a nice say of saying no?????? The letter said they wanted to discuss my preparation for optometry school....Anyone have any input??

You were probably a part of their mailing list. PCO probably doesn't have the time to cross reference every applicant's mail address to the mailing list that they already have.

I did not apply there but I requested information awhile back. I just received the same letter this week. So, just a normal mailing.

OH oK i feel better now i wasnt sure how to take it i kinda got the impression that they had received the application but still wanted to do a pre session meeting....I just got a letter from SUNY saying they are not considering for optometry program...and i cried....at least i can look at this letter in a more positive light
