Ny is my dream school but would be considered financially irresponsible. Is a dream worth 30k extra per year or is a dream priceless? Heart says yes wallet says no

I would go to Touro-NY. I got an acceptance from PCOM-GA and turned it down. Due to their building of the South Georgia campus, rotations are becoming even more scarce in Georgia. Also they do not have any dedicated time to study for boards. I don’t know a lot about Touro-NY. Good luck.
Also I would take Harlem over Swanee any day.
