PCOM GA
Pros:
closer to home (1.5 hours) (I would like to be close to family and support system)
no research requirement
Cons:
more expensive tuition (~$58,000)
somewhat more expensive housing
VCOM Carolina
Pros:
less expensive tuition (~$50,000)
somewhat more affordable housing
1-week break between blocks
free YMCA membership/seem to promote wellness among students
free printing on campus
Cons:
dress code (I believe business casual is typical for lectures, which is actually not a huge deal)
far from home (>3 hours)
required research (may turn out to be a good thing)
attrition rate raised from ~2% to ~6% in 2021.
I think I would be happy at either school, but I would appreciate some input.
