PCOM??? Why?!?

Why does PCOM ( I am sure others, I just haven't crossed them yet) have a requirement to snail mail in a money order?

Is it
A. This school is old fashion?
B fraud displacement?
C. I have no idea why??

My friend goes there, he said there is an issue in receiving payments online and it posting correctly to their system. They have been trying to work it out, they prefer everything else electronically and yep they do get it done quickly, usually within 2-3 days of receiving IF you follow all the directions. Not doing that can delay you big time

Yeah this took my by surprise when I sent my secondary a few weeks ago. I couldn't find my checkbook and had to get a money order, which was a minor inconvenience.
