Understood that if the patient is among high risk group (e.g., cochlear implant) and <65, then you need to give PCV 13, then PPSV23 after 8 weeks.
However, if the cochlear implant patient is 60 yo, and you give them as above, would you give them PCV 13 again at age of 65? Or it's one time only?
