PD email before match.

Hey frens,
I got PD email ( seems to be generic) mentioning as I being one of their interest and to consider them for residency. What does it mean?? And what should be the appropiate response??.. Is it a positive or casual negative hint..???...please need ur suggestions. Thank you.
