Technology PDA Flashcards questions

Hi - I have a few questions that I am curious if any of you are able to answer. I have this vision of creating flashcards either on my PC or on a PDA (but I dont own a PDA yet). There are various software programs out there- here are a few links. Ideally one could type up the notes from lecture into the laptop or into the PDA using one of those little keyboards and then use these notes to study later on.
Is anyone doing anything like this?

i have heard that a lot of people use a utah med website/ program for this. can anyone confirm?

thanks for the reply. - intersting programs. to clarify what i have been thinking, i wanted a program that could be used to take notes using a pda and a wireless keyboard like this. for instance

and then take notes in lecture onto the keyboard and pda. and on the wards ie during teaching conferences, into a flashcard program. i just havent seen for sure that any of these programs can take notes into a flashcards program. any more suggestions
