PDA for clinics

I am just asking a simple question for my gf who is not registered on this site...

What is the ideal PDA model to buy for clinics? How much memory is adequate?

You'd have to check with the specific school. I'm not even sure if any of the vet schools I'm applying to require PDAs for clinicals, but from researching PDAs for my boyfriend in medical school, schools vary greatly in what they prefer (palm vs pocketPC OS, etc).

thanks for the reply. I am certainly going to get one for my med school rotations but I do not know the culture of veterinary hospitals. I also do not know if veterinary PDA sofware that is comparable to what I have seen for medical doctors even exists (I imagine it does).
