I was thinking of buying a palm pilot or pda. Can anyone recommend things to download on it? I've heard of Hippocrates, the Washington manual, the Ferri manual, deubens (sp?) for cardiology, Nelsons for peds, and Harrison's?

I am technology impaired... Where do I get all of these manuals( I assume online), and what kinds of features do I need on a palm pilot?

I have Epocrates, 5 minute clinical consult, and sanford guide - they are all good choices. I think you're thinking of Dubin EKG guide, but I've never seen that on palm - if you find it, please tell me where you found it.

You should be able to get free software from classmates if you ask around. I purchased all of my programs online, because I have the pocket pc and couldn't get free copies. You can find most programs on handheldmed.com
