PDA program where you can enter CC and get a differential

Does anyone know of a PDA program where one can enter the chief complaint of the patient and then get it cross referenced w/ conditions that present w/ that problem? If there's a program out there like that I would love to know 👍

Diagnosaurus--> Just type this in google and go download it. It is free and works on Palm or Pocket PC. Great lists of Differentials. Hope that helps.

skyscape has a program called signs and symptoms which also works well. i have never used diagnosorous, but have heard good things about it.

we use FirstConsult and I have no idea whether it's free or not as we get it through the school.
