any suggestions for case logging, surgical references, anatomy appz?

I tested Unbound Surgery, and it looks like a good, concise reference for surgical folks.

Textbook of Surgery by Townsend, it's on pocketconsult.com.
You can download free stuff like drug refs. and calculators there too.
